We partner with “small giants” - companies that lead their subsectors with a unique offering or capability. Our partner companies have deep moats, provide a high-value proposition to their customers and have unique advantages over alternatives and competitors.

Financially Sound

Our partner companies have fundamentally strong financial characteristics with revenues of $20M to $200M+ for new partnerships, high margins and attractive cash flows. These companies are generally US-headquartered.

Growing

We seek partners that have access to resilient and growing end-markets. Our partner companies have significant potential for growth with appropriate resources, human capital, and exprience.
